Rob, you’ve been going through a tough time since your very public breakup with Rita Ora. But it’s awesome to see you getting back on your feet and working hard to better yourself.
Rob Kardashian – I totally got why you started to slide off the deep end after your tough breakup with Rita Ora, but I don’t think I’d be able to work as hard as you are to reverse the trend, so good for you!
Rob Kardashian Packs On The Pounds After Breakup With Rita Ora
When you and Rita split, it obviously took a lot out of you. You tweeted, “She cheated on me with nearly 20 dudes while we were together, I wonder how many she will sleep with now that we apart.”
We know that’s not true, and even you admitted that it was a tactic to make sure you two would never get back together: “I just had to do that to make her hate me,” you said on a recent episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.
We’ve all been through those breakups that feel life-shattering. You don’t feel like seeing anyone or doing anything. And your sisters are the Kardashians — your entire life is splayed out in public, so I’m sure the effects are double.
As you admitted on another episode recently, “All I did was waste a lot of money and gain 40 pounds.” That’s pretty dark. But hey man, the only thing that matters is you’re trying to get better!
Rob’s Weight-Loss Battle
Since Feb. 20, you’ve been using your Twitter for a much better purpose — to update us on your quest back to healthiness. Your “fat boy” tweets show that you have a great attitude about the whole thing and that you’re doing what it takes — exercising and eating well.
“Another fat boy breakfast. Let’s go! 5 mile run next. 50 pounds gots to go!” you tweeted on Feb. 21 with a picture of grapefruit and a lean omelette. I gotta say — most of your meals look pretty delicious!
Now you’ve been photographed in the midst of a grueling hike with rapper The-Game and many others as part of the 60 Days of Fitness workout plan. Designed by The-Game’s younger brother, BWS Byrd, the plan focuses on eating healthy meals and working out intensely for two straight months.
So by all indications, you should be back to your fighting weight in no time!
Rob Kardashian — Way To Go!
I have to say I’m impressed. First of all, it takes guts to recognize a problem with yourself and decide to fix it. And while it is easy to set goals, it’s VERY hard to be disciplined and work hard enough to reach those goals.
A lot of celebrities take shortcuts and do crash diets that can be detrimental in the long run, so good for you for doing the right thing and the healthy thing!
Your life certainly isn’t a cake walk (no pun intended) — your sisters can be crazy, your mom is a momager, and you go through every ounce of heartbreak in front of millions of people. It’d easy to just give up. Congratulations for doing the right thing!
You might be a “fat boy” right now, but give it a few weeks — we’re looking forward to seeing you back in tip-top shape again.
