Miley Cyrus Breaking Grammys' Wardrobe Advisory With Sideboob Feb 10th 2013, 16:30 Miley revealed more than she bargained for at a pre-Grammys party on Feb. 9, exposing major sideboob and a clear nipple cover! Do you think she’ll disregard the wardrobe advisory that CBS put in place for the Feb. 10 ceremony? Miley Cyrus wore a daring black Emilio Pucci halter-gown to a pre-Grammys party, honoring L.A. Reid at the Beverly Hilton on Feb. 9, putting her sideboob on full display! Miley, 20, is certainly not adhering to CBS’ wardrobe advisory for the Grammy Awards! Miley’s dress barely covered her chest. It was cut so low that her dream catcher tattoo was in plain view, under her right arm. This dress would have probably banned Miley from walking into the Grammy Awards, had she chosen to wear it tonight, Feb. 10.  2013 Grammy Awards Bans Nipples, ‘Puffy’ Genital Skin, & More "Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered. "Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible "puffy" bare skin exposure," it continues.
