The LA Sheriff’s Dept. will not let Justin’s actions slide, a new report from TMZ alleges. Though the police have not yet finished investigating the altercation between Justin and his neighbor, a source says that they will suggest that Justin be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
The Dept.’s strict interpretation of the case has been influenced by more than the mere fact that Justin allegedly spit on his neighbor. They are also taking into account Justin’s speeding tickets, fights, and alleged drug use, claiming that his past and most recent actions show a blatant disregard for the law, according to TMZ’s source. The police reportedly believe that Justin’s small crimes could escalate into larger ones if he isn’t held in check.
The Los Angeles District Attorney meanwhile, reportedly finds Justin’s spitting allegations “disgusting” and a “potential serious health concern.”
Justin Bieber & His Neighbor’s Altercation
Justin and his neighbor began arguing on Mar. 26 when the neighbor called the police on Justin for allegedly driving through the neighborhood at over 100 miles per hour. When the 47-year-old neighbor approached Justin’s house, the singer told him to get off his property, reportedly saying, “I’m gonna f**king kill you,” and then spitting in the man’s face.
