She celebrated her 20th birthday in LA on Mar. 2, where the star turned up for her star-studded bash at RH restaurant in the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood working a seriously sexy mini. Sparkling in silver, all eyes were on the guest of honor!
Since Victoria has an affinity for minis, it comes as no surprise that the star rocked a short, form-fitting cutout frock for the occasion. While the silhouette was seriously sexy, the neckline balanced out the leggy look — and we were so surprised to find out how easily you can scoop up the frock at home!
Victoria always manages to mix high and low, and her big birthday bash was no exception!
