Katrina Bowden is a married woman! Katrina and her fiancé Ben Jorgensen got married on May 19 in the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. That’s a long way from 30 Rockefeller!
Katrina Bowden Gets Married
Katrina, 24, and musician Ben, 29, were engaged for a year and a half before they got married, and I’m sure a lot of boys are sad to hear that “hot Cerie” is off the market! Sadly, it rained heavily on the day of their wedding.
“It’s just crazy,” she said to PEOPLE about planning her wedding. “I didn’t know anything about weddings. … It’s just kind of nuts.”
Thankfully, picking her wedding dress was easy!
It was very easy to find. It was one of the first dresses I tried on. I had seen it and I thought, ‘I love that dress.’ I tried on a few others, just to try some on. But once I tried on the dress that I got, it was a no-brainer.
Katrina Bowden Talks About Her Engagement
Katrina revealed that she was engaged to Giuliana Rancic on the red carpet at the 2012 SAG Awards – where she was up for Best Performance by an Ensemble in a TV Comedy with the rest of the 30 Rock cast.
"[Ben] proposed and showed me the ring and I was so shocked I just said 'Oh my god,' and I hugged him," Katrina said. "Then he said to me, 'So is that yes?'”
It looks like she definitely said yes!
