Eva is handling the unbelievable embarrassment of showing the world she went out without underwear on May 18 with total grace — and humor!
This is how it’s done. Eva Longoria took to Twitter on May 19 to address her embarrassing wardrobe malfunction from the night before at the Cannes Film Festival. And she proved that sometimes, you just have to laugh at yourself.
Eva Longoria Reacts: ‘No Wardrobe Malfunctions Tonight!!!’
“Here’s my dress for tonight,” Eva tweeted to her fans before heading to another Cannes Film Festival event. “No wardrobe malfunctions tonight!!!”
The tweet is a funny wink at her revealing commando struggles from the night before, and it’s proof that Eva is the kind of star who doesn’t take herself too seriously and just takes things in stride. While it wasn’t the greatest idea in the world to hit a red carpet without underwear on, we applaud Eva for being able to acknowledge her mistakes and find humor in the whole situation.
Jokes aside, she also had a point — Eva’s dress on May 19 was a tight, beautiful black sheer and lace gown. We’re assuming with a semi-see-through dress like that, she definitely wore underwear!
Eva Longoria Reveals She’s Not Wearing Underwear At Cannes Film Festival
Eva had a rough walk down the red carpet of the screening for Jimmy P. Psychotherapy Of A Plains Indian on May 18. As the rain came down steadily, Eva was forced to pick up the train on her gorgeous mint green gown.
And as she ascended the stairs to the theater, she picked it up a little higher, until she went too far. The actress inadvertently revealed that she had come to the event bottomless, as photographers snapped away.
Most celebrities would likely be so rattled by accidentally revealing way too much, but not Eva. What do you think of how she handled the aftermath, HollywoodLifers? Let us know!
