A BB cream is a beauty balm or a blemish balm. It’s a very light foundation similar to a tinted moisturizer. Though there are many formulas, it’s basically an all-in-one consisting of serum, primer, coverage and sometimes sunscreen. The formula renews, brightens, clears and tones skin.
