Another video of Reese’s altercation with the police during her husband’s DUI arrest has been released! Check out the shocking video!
During the early hours of April 19, Reese Witherspoon, 37, and Jim Toth were pulled over on suspicion of DUI in Atlanta. While police arrested Jim, Reese got into an argument with a police officer, and was arrested for disorderly conduct. The dashboard camera in the police car caught Reese’s crazy behavior all on tape, and more footage has been released!
Reese Witherspoon Police Video: ‘[This] Will Be On National News’
In the video, Reese tells the police officer, “My name is Reese Witherspoon.” Then adds, “It will be on national news.” A bit later, the couple can be heard arguing inside the police car. Jim scolds Reese for getting out of the car and talking back to the police officer.
On May 2, Reese appeared on Good Morning America to share her story about the incident. “We went out to dinner in Atlanta and we had one too many glasses of wine. We thought we were fine to drive and we absolutely were not,” the actress revealed. “We know better and we shouldn't have done that.”
The actress added, “I saw him arresting my husband and I literally panicked. I told him I was pregnant. I'm not pregnant. I said all kinds of crazy things.”
