On May 14, the How I Met Your Mother star tweeted, ”Spoiler alert!!! Could not be more excited to have the beautiful talented Cristin Milioti join us on HIMYM.”
In the season eight finale of the CBS sitcom, fans finally got a long awaited glimpse at “the mother.” Although not much was revealed about Ted’s future wife — including her name — we do know that she will be played by Broadway actress Cristin Milioti.

After the big announcement, HIMYM fans went crazy on Twitter! Some fans were really happy with the producer’s choice for Ted’s future wife.
