Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been through quite the ringer over the past year. After being engaged for less than a year, the two have reportedly called it quits. But Liam keeps stringing Miley along and now, she has no idea what to think.

A source close to Miley tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, ”Miley is in denial — she still thinks that Liam is going to marry her, even though things have been SO up and down. She really doesn't want this to be over. It’s really heartbreaking for everyone that loves her because Liam has been pretty awful. He gives her totally mixed signals! One day he's telling her it's over and the next night they're sleeping together — he's putting her through hell.”
Luckily, Miley has the support of her family, including dad Billy Ray Cyrus and mom Tish, during this trying time.
