R-Patz and the ‘California Gurl’ continued their East Coast swing on April 30, hitting up a swanky New York City club. When is Kristen Stewart going to come join!?
Robert Pattinson is definitely keeping busy during his New York City trip. The Twilight actor was spotted leaving sunny LA on April 30, and he has done so much since then! He hit up the Bowery Ballroom that night to see the indie band Daughter play a set and he put in his duties as a BFF on May 1 when he attended Tom Sturridge’s Broadway play, Orphans. Now there is a report that after the Daugter show, he and Katy Perry hit up the fancy Spot lounge at the Trump SoHo.

Rob and Katy were spotted at the swanky lounge with a large group of friends, according to Page Six. The Spot is a pretty understandable place for an after-party after attending a concert at the Bowery Ballroom — they’re just a 10-minute walk away from each other!
The Spot is a sultry place that’s actually pretty small. Only a few circular banquette tables line the floor, accented by a flurry of gold Chinese-style lanterns that hang from the ceiling. It’s definitely a cool place, but not too over the top, which seems to be right up R-Patz’s alley.

Like we said, earlier in the night Rob and Katy were enjoying the indie band, Daughter in New York. At the show Rob was actually kind enough to chat it up with some fans, as HollywoodLife.com talked to one eyewitness EXCLUSIVELY.
“My roommate asked him for a photo and he denied her. He was polite. He was dashing. You know? What you'd expect. Looked like a BK hipster. After my roommate chatted, he put his hood up for the rest of the night and headed to the VIP."
Sounds like Rob is having a great couple of days visiting New York City!
