Chris Brown is in the midst of another battle. The singer is being accused of pushing a girl named Deana Gines at Heat nightclub in Orange County, Calif., on June 22 and she has filed a police report.

The report by TMZ also has a photo of Deana on crutches. She claims that Chris deliberately pushed her to the ground as the club was closing. She says that it caused her to fall hard on her knees and now her doctors are claiming that she has torn ligaments in her right knee.
Deana filed a police report with the Anaheim PD and the police are currently investigating.
