A new report says that Jen and Justin are experiencing several bumps on the road to the altar, but it’s not because of cold feet!
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have been engaged for over a year, but they are not rushing down the aisle any time soon! Jen had been super busy planning a summer wedding, when all of a sudden “the wedding talk stopped.” Read on to find out why.
Jennifer Aniston’s Wedding On Hold?
Jen, 44, and Justin, 41, were set to wed this summer, but so far, no wedding has materialized.
As of a few months ago, “wedding bands were designed, and Jen was deciding on a dress,” as insider told PEOPLE. “She was so happy to be planning,” and “her team was trying to clear her schedule for a spring wedding.”
However, there is now “no new wedding date,” because Jen and Justin are overwhelmed by work and renovating their home.
With all the work on the house, they just thought it was too much to plan a wedding as well. So they decided to step back and focus on the house. There are other priorities [besides marriage.] She’s very busy.
Thankfully, the source insists that Jen and Justin will make it down the aisle eventually!
“Jen is crazy about Justin. And she can’t wait to be his wife.”
Phew!
One person who won’t be making the wedding is Jen’s mom.
History is repeating itself for Jennifer, as once again her mom Nancy Dow is reportedly not being invited to her wedding. Nancy was famously left off the list when Jen married Brad Pitt in 2000, and once again she will miss her daughter’s nuptials.
“For her wedding to Brad, she left her mom off the guest list, and a friend of Justin’s said that it is going to happen again this summer,” revealed Marianne Garvey on VH1′s The Gossip Table on June 5. “They are having a small, intimate wedding, and a lot of people have been left off, but Nancy’s name is the first.”
Well, unless Jen hurries up with planning the wedding, Nancy won’t have to worry about not being invited!
