On the same day that Noah Cyrus tweeted for people to pray for her family, HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY learned that Miley is getting support from Liam as she experiences her ‘worst nightmare.’
Miley Cyrus is devastated that her mother Tish decided to break Billy Ray Cyrus‘s achy breaky heart, so she is seeking comfort in the arms of her fiancé Liam Hemsworth. HollywoodLife.com can exclusively reveal that Miley was “praying” that her parents would reconcile, and she is even sadder that they are splitting when she is trying to work through issues with Liam.
Miley Cyrus’ Parents Divorce — Miley Needs Liam Hemsworth
Miley, 20, is taking her parents official split really hard, and a source close to the “We Can’t Stop” singer tells HollywoodLife.com she is leaning on Liam:
Miley needs Liam more than ever right now – she's a very sensitive girl and very close to both her parents so I'm sure she's devastated over this. Billy and Tish have had their ups and downs for sure; the last few months they've spent a lot of time apart but I know she was praying that it would all work out. This has got to be Miley's worst nightmare — to be going through her own issues with Liam and then to have her parents split – what could be sadder?
Poor Miley. She and Liam have had a tough year and have even called off their wedding, so she must be taking this split extra hard.
Miley’s 13-year-old sister Noah is also finding the divorce tough, as she tweeted “Please pray for me and my family. Xxo.”
Tish filed for divorce from Billy on June 13.
In the filing, Tish cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. She also asked for full physical and legal custody of Noah. The couple have five children together, but Noah is the only child who is still a minor.
Tish is also requesting for spousal support, and for Bill Ray to pay her attorney’s fees. She listed the date of the couple’s separation as TBD.
