Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is finally facing the music. The suspected terrorist, is in court for the first time since being arrested in connection to the Boston Marathon bombings. He will formally face his charges at 3:30pm and all of the victim’s families have been invited to attend and it’s all being live streamed.
Boston Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev In First Court Hearing
Millions of people all over the world are watching Dzhokhar in court, after the horrific attacks he committed with his brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
“People were killed, many others lost limbs. Dozens and dozens continue to suffer,” former U.S. Attorney Michael Sullivan said. “It's an emotional day because of the horrific harm that he caused so many innocent people.”
Dzhokhar has been out of sight for the past 11 weeks and recovering from a throat injury incurred when he was captured. Dzhokhar was shot in the throat while hiding out in a boat in the backyard of a Watertown, Mass., home.
