Justin’s mom weighs in on her son’s on-and-off relationship Selena — and her commentary might surprise you!
Justin Bieber‘s mom Pattie Mallette was a special guest on The View on July 10, and the ladies grilled her all about the advice she gives Justin, why she’s “super proud” of him and even the current status of his relationship with Selena Gomez!
Pattie Is a Belieber!
When asked if she’s concerned by some of Justin’s recent antics, Pattie replied, “I think all parents worry about their kids. … I don’t necessarily agree with everything that he does, but we talk about things. I can’t really tell you all the things we talk about, but I’m super proud of him [for] a lot of things he does that don’t make the headlines everyday.”
As for the heartfelt advice Pattie gives Justin, she said, “I just try to encourage him to stay true to who he is, and stay grounded and humble. I just always encourage him and say … you always have to learn the hard way, and you’ll get there, and I believe in you.”
Justin & Selena: On Or Off ?
So are Justin and Selena officially back together or not? The ladies of The View couldn’t resist asking Pattie for the truth, and her answer was actually pretty surprising!
“I know it depends what day it is,” she said, which sent the audience into a fit of laughter.
