Kate Middleton is as close to perfect as a human being can get. The latest example — on Aug. 26, the new mom was spotted out on a grocery run (which is amazing in itself) sporting a completely flat stomach, just 37 days after she gave birth to Prince George! But she didn’t just get like that without trying — she’s probably been on some crazy, royally top secret diet regimen, right?
How Kate Middleton Has Lost Her Baby Weight
Well actually, no. The Duchess of Cambridge has “hardly done anything to the lose the weight,” a source tells Us Weekly. “She looks incredible.” You could say that again!
“A few weeks after George was born you could hardly tell she had just given birth,” the source adds.
To be fair, Kate barely looked like she was pregnant while she was pregnant, so she likely didn’t have much weight to actually shed. But it’s still shocking that Kate got her trim body the old-fashioned way — no extra diets, no late-night workout sessions, just nature. “Kate’s still breastfeeding and the small weight she gained while pregnant just melted off. She’s not dieting.”

But don’t worry, HollyMoms, though it sounds like Kate has been sitting on a couch chomping on potato chips all while her waistline disappears, the source did reveal one secret: “After giving birth, she did continue with her yoga.”
Yoga — that’s it!? This is just further confirmation — Kate is a different species. And we are totally jealous.
