Looks like Kim is officially stepping back out in public again! The new mommy posted her first Instagram selfie since giving birth to North West on August 17 — and she looked incredible!
Kylie Jenner had a blowout sweet 16 party on August 17, but the bigger news is that Kim Kardashian Instagrammed during it! Looks like our girl is back.
Kim Kardashian Posts Her Pic Since Giving Birth To North West
Kim posted a pic of her living it up at the party, hanging out with Kevin Systrom, the co-founder of Instagram, of all people.
“Chilling with the creator of Instagram,” Kim captioned the photo. What an interesting life she lives.
Though the picture’s a little dark, you can still see Kim’s post-birth glow and how amazing she looks. She really seems to be enjoying motherhood (she was probably also just a bit happy to get a night off!).
Kim Kardashian: Stepping Back Into The Spotlight?
With Kim posting on Instagram again, it appears that she’s ready to step back into the spotlight. But she’s going to do it her way, and that pertains to debuting North West as well.
Simple social media posts like this one are what we should be expecting more and more, a source close to Kim tells HollywoodLife.com. “It’s not going to be some big thing,” the source says.
“The first time you see North won’t be on Twitter but she might release pics on Twitter,” the source says. “Twitter is something she has thought about.”
The source also added that Kim “knows once she comes out it’s all over,” so now that she’s broken the seal with this selfie, we should start seeing her more and more. And the first pics of North probably won’t be too far behind!
