The family drama that has come from Kourtney’s DNA tests on who her son’s real father is will not only be seen in headlines!

The Kardashians have to constantly deal with rumors, both true and false on a daily basis, and usually right out in the open for the public to see. Now, sources tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that even the latest paternity suit that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are embroiled in may see the light of day on TV!

The Entire Paternity Drama Was Filmed For ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’

Insiders tell HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that, “The whole DNA paternity drama with Mason was filmed for the show, and they are working on one of the future episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians to be surrounded and filled with the scandal and how they dealt with it.”

Our source continued, “Since the show is scripted, they need all the stories they can get and they thought why not pursue this situation and put the spin and light in their favor.”

It’s a very interesting decision after Kourtney told E! News on August 15:

After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason’s father. While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies—especially when the truth was never in doubt—this story must be put to rest.

Michael Girgenti Files Lawsuit Against Kourtney Kardashian — Wants Custody Of Mason Disick

Michael Gigenti claims that after he first met Kourtney, 34, during a 2008 photo shoot for 944 magazine, they began texting, according to TMZ. In the legal documents he filed, he continues to claim that Kourtney allegedly said she and Scott, 30, were “on the outs” and that “she wanted to hang.”

In the legal paperwork it is addressed that the two allegedly had ”unprotected sex,” which allegedly resulted in Mason, who was born on December 14, 2009. When Michael saw a resemblance he reportedly decided to take things to court, where he is requesting joint custody of Mason, as well as DNA tests for Kourtney, Scott, Mason and him. Adding fuel to the fire and the lawsuit, Michael states that Kourtney and Scott’s second child, Penelope Scotland Disick, looks nothing like Mason.

Kourtney Kardashian’s Attorney: Scott Disick Is Mason’s Father

HollywoodLife.com spoke to Todd Wilson, Kourtney’s attorney, who denied all reports — past and present — explaining that it’s all for publicity:

This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason.  Scott Disick is Mason's father.  We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading.  His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client.

So HollywoodLifers, do you think some family drama should be sacred and not talked about on the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’, or should Kourtney & Scott tackle this drama head on? Sound off below!
