The former reality star shoots down the idea of her family being on a new reality show during her March 10 E! special with Giuliana Rancic, and pretty much slams those who do! Ouch!
Former MTV queen bee Kristin Cavallari, 26, seems to be over her reality show days, and she wants her family to move forward with her! Kristin and her fiance Jay Cutler, 29, are enjoying their time with 7-month-old baby Camden Jack Cutler and she won’t let cameras get in the way of that!
Growing up on TV may have been what Kristin did, but she doesn’t want that for her son. She was so excited when she first held her baby and the feeling continues with her now. She doesn’t want television crews to get between her family.
"I had tears in my eyes, but um, gosh you just look at this little guy and you can’t believe that it's yours and that you created this life together,” Kristin said during her E! interview.”It's such a miracle."
Kristin Says No To Reality Show
Although Kristin has been offered a reality show for her and her family, she has shot the offers down. She wants to live out her life with her fiance and son as normally as possible.
"My family's just sacred,” Kristin told Giuliana Rancic during the sit down interview. “I want Cam to grow up in the most normal setting possible, and I just don't think that's going to happen with cameras."
Reality TV is not the life Kristin wants for her son and neither is having a nanny. She wants Cam to have live as normally as he can and she believes that means she should be there for him. Plus, she wanted to prove all the haters that could totally do it!
Kristin Doesn’t Want A Nanny For Baby Cam
“I think I had to prove to myself that I could do it,” Kristin told E!. “I also think everyone expected us to get a nanny, so I almost didn't want to just for that reason, just to kind of prove everybody wrong. It was hard but it was worth it.”
What’s Next For This Former Reality Star?
With camera crews out of the picture, Kristin is thinking about what’s next for her and her family. She could do events, movies, TV, modeling, or probably anything in the entertainment industry that she wanted to do. Her answer, though, proves just how normal of a life she is thinking. She says she is focusing mostly on ”being a wife and a mother, that's the most important part.”
"Jay and I want a big family, so I would love to have a few kids running around,” Kristin told E! of her future plans.
