America fell in love with Ahmad Givens (aka “Real”) as he fought for love on reality TV, and now, we’re supporting him as he fights for his life. The former Real Chance of Love star recently announced that he’s been diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer, and his famous friends — as well as his incredibly positive family — are rallying around him for support.

“Just talked to ‘Chance’ he told me to tell the world to pray for his bro ‘Real’ he has stage 4 colon cancer!” fellow Vh1 reality star Ray J tweeted March 19. “Pls send out a prayer for him!”

To help Real with his extensive medical bills, a special fund had been set up in his name. Real and his family are encouraging fans to donate to Chase bank account #407662563, named “Cancer Funds For Real.”
