Kate Hudson, 34, looked gorgeous at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival at Tribeca’s Performing Arts Center in New York City on April 22. She stunned on the red carpet for her new movie The Reluctant Fundamentalist, wearing a conservative white Jenny Packham dress. We’ll tell you how to get her pretty smokey eye look below!
Kate Hudson’s Tribeca Film Festival Makeup — Get The Look
Kate’s natural makeup looked great. Her skin looked firm and youthful and her lips looked fab with a light pink gloss. The big show-stopper was her eyes!
To accentuate green eyes, use Almay Intense i-Color Bold Nudes Eyeshadow Palette For Green Eyes. The easy-to-use kit comes with three customized shades to make sure your eyes pop. If you don’t have green eyes like Kate, don’t worry — it also comes in kits to accentuate blue, hazel and brown eyes.
For the perfect smokey eye, apply the darkest color on the lid, blending as you reach the crease. Apply the medium shade in the crease, blending with the first, darker shade. Apply the lighter shade just under your eyebrow. I also like to dab it into the inner corners of the eye for an awake and brightened look.
The shadows are lightweight and paraben-free and last all day long. For extra staying powder, I like applying an eyelid primer like Too Faced Shadow Insurance.
