Aww! Even though Selena and Justin are no longer together, the ‘Come & Get It’ singer admits in a new interview that Justin is still important to her!
Selena Gomez, 20, and Justin Bieber, 19, dated for two years before calling it quits, so of course Justin still a special place in Selena’s heart! In an interview with the Johnjay and Rich radio show on April 8, Selena confessed she still cares about Justin!
After the joke she made on The Late Show, the show’s hosts asked Selena if she really did make Justin cry. Selena laughed off the question and replied, “No, It’s fine.”
Although it’s still a little unclear whether or not she made him cry, she did make it clear that Justin still means a lot to her. Selena added, “I care about him a lot.”
Selena Gomez: ‘Come & Get It’ Is Not About Justin Bieber
Although Selena may still care about Justin, that doesn’t mean she wants him back. In an interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest, Selena admitted her new song “Come & Get It,” which suggests she wants to get back together, isn’t about Justin.
"Honestly, to be 100% real. It's not really about a specific person. The reason why I wanted this to be the first single was because it exudes, like I said earlier, confidence and strength and that is something I'm willing to share with the world. That's the place I want to be in and I want to represent something good and be a good example, so I think it's fun," Selena explained on April 8.
