The 17-year-old rapper just can’t keep himself out of jail. Only two months after being released from jail for a different offense, Chief Keef was placed behind bars again.
Chief Keef was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia on May 19 for disorderly conduct, but the rapper, whose real name is Keith Cozart, has since been released.
Chief Keef Arrested — Rapper Taken To Jail For Disorderly Conduct
“Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County jail In Atlanta Mad As f***,” Keef tweeted after his arrest.
Earlier this morning, May 20, Chief Keef’s alleged fiancee Pretty Mesha also tweeted, “smh @ChiefKeef,” but she has since deleted the message.
She did, however, leave another series of messages. Pretty Mesha tweeted, “Karma. Feels good to tell the truth. Real eyes realize real lies.”
Could Chief’s arrest have anything to do with his fiancee?
Chief Keef's Legal Issues — No Stranger To The Law
The young MC has quite a record for only being 17. In January 2011, he served house arrest under charges of Heroin manufacture and distribution. In December of that year he was arrested yet again for three counts of aggravated assault and resisting arrest. On Jan. 15, 2013, he was sentenced to 60 days juvenile detention for violating his probation for pointing a gun at Chicago police officers.
As if his legal problems weren't enough to deal with, by the time he was 16 he fathered his first child.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Will Chief Keef ever be able to straighten himself out?
