Things are not looking good for Chris Brown and Rihanna. After RiRi failed to join him for his May 5 birthday, Chris then shockingly said in an interview that he is single. Now, he is planning on focusing his energy on his “music.” Is he writing a break up song?

Chris, 24, tweeted “Ima just focus on my music.” on May 6.
This cryptic message comes just one day after he gave a telling interview to an Australian radio station, where he said that he was single.

In a new interview with the Australian radio station 2DayFM, Chris admitted that he and Rihanna, 25, split up, and that he was flying “solo.”

Chris Brown Says He Is Single
“I’mma do it solo,” Chris told the station. He implied that he and Rihanna’s hectic schedules got in the way of their relationship, and that her inability to make it to his birthday celebrations didn’t help.
I mean, at the end of the day, shawty doing her own thing, she on the road. It’s always gonna be love. I’m a grown man, just gotta move forward.
Though Chris said he is “always gonna love” Rihanna, he talked about how he’s more focused on himself right now.
People have differences and people have different wants and needs. At the end of the day she’s a young girl. I can’t be focused on wife-ing somebody that young… and I’m young too.
