Miley topped off her edgy look by sporting a punk-inspired spiked ‘do, and added a pop of color with a fierce red lip.

Miley’s provocative dress choice definitely held up her new title as number 1 on Maxim‘s Hot 100 List! Miley revealed the big news on May 4 when she tweeted, “Didn't know this was coming out yet. I'm so happy to be #1 on Maxims HOT 100! #myfanskickass #dreamsdocometrue.”
Along with the tweet, Miley included a super sexy photo from her Maxim photo shoot, which will probably be featured in Maxim‘s upcoming “Hot 100″ issue. Miley’s super revealing Met Gala dress choice definitely proves she’s deserving of the sexy title!
