At the Costume Institute Benefit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 6 — also known as the Met Ball, Kim and Kanye were one of the most popular couples on the carpet!
Kim Kardashian may have been banned from the Met Ball in 2012, but this year, that was not the case! The reality star, who’s in her third trimester, shined like a star as she walked the carpet with boyfriend, Kanye West.
Kim Kardashian Accompanies Kanye West To Met Ball
Kanye looked handsome on the red carpet wearing Givenchy at the Costume Institute Benefit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 6, and unlike last year, his gorgeous girlfriend Kim was right by his side!
Showing off her huge baby bump as usual, Kim represented the PUNK: Chaos To Couture theme,wearing a floral gloved dress by Riccardo Tisci.
Life & Style originally reported that the couple were planning to attend together.
“Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will both be attending the Met Gala in NYC on May 6. Because Kanye is performing he was allowed to invite her,” a source had told the magazine. Looks like that source was right!
The couple will most likely hang with Jay Z and Beyonce — who is the honorary chair this year.
Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Have Dinner With Anna Wintour
Apparently, Kim and Kanye have cozied up with with Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who is the co-chair of the event — the couple reportedly had dinner with her on Sunday, May 5, just a day before the big event.
After she was banned from the event last year, maybe that dinner was to brush aside all the past drama between Anna and Kim. Well, it worked! Anna looked gorgeous as well, wearing Chanel!
