K-Stew had heads turning on the red carpet May 6 — but sadly, Rob’s head was not among the crowd.
We all knew Kristen Stewart would be attending the Costume Institute Benefit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 6, but there was one major question on everyone’s mind: Would Robert Pattinson join her as his date?
Sadly, K-Stew ended up walking the red carpet solo at the major fashion event.
We’re especially bummed about Kristen’s solo march down the carpet because we knew how badly she wanted to have Rob accompany her! HollywoodLife.com spoke to a source close to Kristen last month about her dreams for the big evening.
“Kristen loves fashion and loves Rob,” our source told us. “She would love for Rob to attend the Met Gala with her in New York in May.”
Kristen Stewart Stuns In Stella McCartney
Though Kristen didn’t have her best accessory — Rob! — she still looked absolutely incredible in a Stella McCartney number. She also walked side-by-side with the designer, herself, so she wasn’t totally alone.
