Kim Kardashian took another fashion risk at the 2013 Met Ball in New York City, and proudly showed off her baby bump in a gorgeous Riccardo Tisci gown. The pregnant reality star and her Italian designer interpreted the gala’s punk theme with a more conservative high-neck dress with a sexy slit at the leg.

The mom-to-be, who is in her third trimester, showed off her baby bump in the tight frock, but kept her look mostly covered up, except for the sexy slit at the hemline that revealed a lot of leg.
Her strappy heels matched her dress in the same floral pattern, and showed off her toned stems.

Kim revealed why she was excited to see how guests interpreted the gala’s theme, which was punk in honor of the exhibit at the Met titled Punk: Chaos To Couture.
“I am excited to see everyone’s take on punk. Fashion is very, everyone has their own take on it,” Kim revealed on the Met Gala red carpet. “It will be really interesting to me to see all the designers, and how everyone feels about punk.”
Kim also revealed that she never went through a punk phase, so her and Riccardo’s version of punk is a little toned down in the floral frock.
