“Two eyeliner colors are a must!” Victoria tells HollywoodLife.com. “On Heather, I used POP Eye Liner in Blue on the bottom, and the Pixi Endless Silky Eye Pen in Copper Glow on the top. To bring the eyes out even more and to volumize the lashes, (which is perfect for any spring-ready eye), I continued with the Pixi Large Lash Mascara in Black.”
