We hope you’ve got your bass turned up, because tonight, June 30, is all about hip-hop. The 2013 BET Awards are coming to you live from Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, Calif., and all the huge names in rap, R&B, and hip-hop will be on hand. It’s going to be one awesome party, and it all starts with coverage live from the red carpet — that you don’t even have to leave your computer to watch!

You know an award show is going to be worthwhile when Chris Brown is making an appearance. Though the singer will only be on stage for about five minutes, his high energy and ridiculous skills are enough to hold us over for the whole night.
And he’ll be accompanied by an impressive list of other performers. Nicki Minaj will also take the stage with her spontaneity and boundary-pushing ways that always make awards shows fun. And besides Nicki and Chris, the BET Awards will also feature performances by Justin Timberlake (will Jay-Z join him?), Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, Stevie Wonder, and tons more.
And we haven’t even mentioned that the hilarious Chris Tucker will be hosting!
