Kim and Kanye haven’t decided to tie the knot just yet, but in a new interview Kris revealed that when they do, the ceremony will be WAY different than Kim’s last wedding.
Unfortunately, no one can forget Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ wedding — the massive, E!-produced celebration that made them $18 million and looked even more absurd when the couple divorced after just 72 days. This time around, mom Kris Jenner says, it’ll be a different story.
Kim Kardashian & Kanye West’s Wedding ‘Will Be Smaller’
A Kim-Kanye West wedding, if there is one, will not resemble the extravagant affair of Kim’s previous ceremony, Kris revealed in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
“This time it will be private and smaller, if she does get married again — not 500 people,” says the momager.
We’re relieved to hear that Kris and Kim have decided to keep things more personal going forward. The decision to opt for a smaller wedding is likely influenced by the severe backlash Kim and company received after her cash-grabbing ceremony with Kris Humphries. And there’s no doubt that Kanye — who refuses to appear on Keeping Up With The Kardashians – prefers a private, small wedding.
Kim Kardashian & Kanye West ‘Aren’t In A Rush’ To Get Married
As of now, Kim and Kanye have not set plans to tie the knot. Amidst a report that Kimye would get married immediately after their child was born, a source close to the couple told HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “They aren’t in a rush at all.”
“All they’re doing is taking it one day at a time. They’ll get to that stage at some point but right now they got a lot on their plate.”
