Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are so over — they’ve reached the breakup stage where they are ready to return personal items to each other, HollywoodLife.com can EXCLUSIVELY reveal. However, there are two things that they share which appear to be more difficult to divide: their dogs Bear and Bernie, forcing the former couple to ask their friends to mediate!
Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart: Using Friends During Breakup
Rob, 27, and Kristen, 23, have been broken up since May, and it looks like there is no going back for the iconic Twilight couple. Now, they have the awkward task of getting back their stuff from the other, and they are using their friends to figure out how to deal with their precious pooches.
“They have had occasional texts, but they are talking between friends mostly to get certain things rectified,” a source close to the former couple reveals exclusively to HollywoodLife.com. “They are organizing getting their clothes and other stuff that they have left back with each other, and also dealings with the dogs.”
That sounds awkward. Giving back old DVD’s and sweaters is one thing, but how on Earth are they going to deal with Bear and Bernie? Let’s hope they can work out some sort of joint custody agreement.
One thing Rob and Kristen are having no problems dealing with is the media.
They are both deeply hurting from the split, but they refuse to do anything “stupid” because they are aware that they are under the microscope.
“They are broken up. They don’t want to make things worse by turning it into a media storm by doing stupid things or making their grievances heard in the public,” a source tells us. “Overall, they are speaking but not much — and they are not speaking to get back together.”
Rob and Kristen are being so mature about this breakup so far, so let’s hope things run smoothly with the dogs.
