The 2013 Tony Awards brought out the best on Broadway and the runway. Stars opted for more elegant attire as they walked the red carpet on June 9 at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. Scarlett Johansson, 28, Jane Krakowski, 44, Anna Kendrick, 27, and Sienna Miller, 31, were just a few of fashion’s leading ladies who dressed to impress.
Scarlett Johansson Tony Awards Dress:
The always-stunning beauty wore a Saint Laurent above-the-knee LBD with a scoop-neck, animal-print design. She paired the outfit with more Saint Laurent attire, opting for black pumps and a silk blazer. The presenter pulled the whole look together with a deep burgundy lip and loose curls. Even though we’re used to ScarJo wearing flashy gowns, we really loved her sleek simplicity this time around.
Anna Kendrick Tony Awards Dress:
The Pitch Perfect actress looked beautiful in a Donna Karan Atelier sweetheart gown with lace inserts. The midnight blue was the perfect hue to compliment Kendrick’s smokey eye and pink lip. As for accessories, she kept it simple with a ring, diamond tear-drop earrings and an Edie Parker clutch. From the dress to Kendrick’s classic updo, we absolutely loved everything about this look! This might be one of our favorite looks ever from the starlet, which is why we have to vote her best-dressed.
The actress is no stranger to the Tony Awards. She was nominated in 1998 for “Best Featured Actress in a Musical” for her role in High Society. She didn’t take the award, but she was the second-youngest to ever get nominated for the honor!
It’s okay Anna, you’ll always be a winner in our book! It seems your years of experience have made you a red carpet pro.
