After signing to Hollywood Records in June 2012, the Pretty Little Liars star is releasing her first country album! During the Young Hollywood Awards ceremony, Lucy is set to receive the Crossover Of The Year award for her success in music and television. We can only imagine that Graham’s presence would further prove to Lucy, 24, how much he likes her.
Along with Lucy, several other celebrities were recently named as honorees: Dave Franco (Fan Favorite Award), Bella Thorne (One To Watch Award), Austin Mahone (Breakout Artist Award) and Cody Simpson (Role Model Award).
