After an Aug. 23 report claimed that Khloe and Lamar’s marital struggles were being caused not by Lamar’s battle with infidelity, but his battle with drug abuse, a source close to the couple tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that it doesn’t matter what the issue is — Khloe is going to stand behind her husband through it all.
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s relationship problems may be even more serious than we thought. A new report claims that the NBA husband’s two-year-long struggle with drugs is the thing that is actually tearing them apart. And though a source close to the couple confirms that claim to HollywoodLife.com exclusively, he also strongly states that NOTHING is going to break them up.
Khloe Kardashian Supporting Lamar Odom Through Drug Addiction
Even though Lamar is in a dark place right now, and is reportedly refusing the help of Khloe and his loved ones, the source says that she “WILL NOT leave him.”
“Khloe has his back,” the source says, insisting that even as Lamar struggles to reject drugs and stay clean Khloe is behind him every step of the way.
“She’s a good woman, and he knows that she’s the best thing he has in his life,” the source continues. “Without Khloe he’s finished! That’s the honest truth. They will work through this.”
Khloe Kardashian Wants Lamar Odom To Fight For Their Marriage
Lamar was reportedly kicked out of the house after Khloe and the family unsuccessfully tried to stage an intervention, according to TMZ.
But making him temporarily move out seems to be more of a last-ditch effort by Khloe to shake him and make him realize he needs to get clean. Even though she isn’t going anywhere, as our source says, she needs to make strong gestures to get through to her struggling husband.
Such as taking off her wedding ring. The reality star was also spotted out with a bare ring finger on Aug. 23, and another source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively that it was all a ploy to send a message to Lamar. “She knew she would be getting photographed on her way out and she wanted it to happen so she could give Lamar a wake up call,” the source revealed.
“They are having trouble, but she wants him to fight for her trust and love.”
