The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star said yes on Aug. 22 when her boyfriend popped the question. Congrats! Taylor Armstrong has found happiness again. The 42-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is engaged to boyfriend John Bluher after his stunning romantic proposal in Mexico on Aug. 22. Taylor Armstrong & John Bluher Get Engaged John, who was previously Taylor’s lawyer, popped the question at the gorgeous St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico, according to Us Weekly. John reportedly dropped to one knee at sunset on the beach under a white tent filled with roses and lilies. After Taylor said yes — and slipped on her ring by Ari Soffer — the newly engaged couple reportedly headed back to the resort for a lavish dinner — with plenty of wine! “The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort is where we fell in love, it was the perfect choice for this wonderful occasion” John told Us. “Taylor was beautiful and never stopped smiling!” Taylor Armstrong Overcoming Tragedy Taylor deserves some happiness after going through an incredibly difficult time. As Housewives fans know, Taylor’s husband Russell Armstrong committed suicide in Aug. 2011. After that tragedy, Taylor went into a downward spiral, developing a drinking problem that got so bad Kyle and Kim Richards actually staged an intervention during the most recent season of RHOBH. But the reality star has clearly found an incredible support system in John. “He is a beautiful man,” Taylor told E! in February. “I didn’t think I would ever be able to trust someone completely. But somehow, he opened my heart and I let him in.” As of now, there is no reported wedding date. We couldn’t be happier for Taylor and John — they both deserve to find love!
