The first daughters had fun playing around on their phones during their dad’s big day at the 2013 Presidential Inauguration, but Malia interrupted her sister’s pic — and made a funny face when Sasha tried to capture their parents kissing! How cute!
Sasha, 11, and Malia Obama, 14, are so poised and well-behaved in public, but they managed to sneak in a little fun on Jan. 21 during their dad’s 2013 Presidential Inauguration!
During the inauguration parade, the first daughters hung out with their parents, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama in the presidential box, and Sasha wanted to get the perfect pic of her parents kissing.
In fact, she tried four separate times to get the perfect image on her iPod Touch with a cute frog case!
But at one point, one of her photos was interrupted by older sister Malia, who made a silly face for the camera — totally photo bombing Sasha’s pic! They’re so adorable, and we love how they are able to joke around and be normal kids, even at such a historic event.
Sasha & Malia’s Inauguration Fashion
All eyes were on the first daughters, who have grown up so much since the last inauguration four years ago. This time around, Malia wore a J. Crew ensemble again like she did in 2009, including her pretty fuchsia peacoat. Sasha's pretty plum coat was created by designer Kate Spade — and she looked so grown up while matching her older sister.
Their ensembles underneath matched their coats as well. Malia stuck to the pretty royal blue color she frequently wears, and Sasha wore a plum dress that matched hear coat. They looked amazing!
We love their looks — and loved how they were having such a great time at the inauguration!
What do YOU think os Malia’s photo bomb HollyMoms? Did you think it was cute?
