Ratings: The Following Has Solid Start, More Than Doubling Mob Doctor's Opener Jan 22nd 2013, 16:22 For a show that appeals to a specific audience, The Following got off to a rather killer start on Monday night — and certainly outperformed Fox’s most recent drama debut. With 10.4 million total viewers and a 3.1 rating, the Kevin Bacon-starrer built significantly on its Bones lead-in to more-than-double The Mob Doctor’s opening numbers (5.1 mil/1.5).
