Justin is being accused of spitting in his neighbor’s face during an altercation on March 26 in their neighborhood. Now a new report claims that Justin could be prosecuted!
Justin Bieber could be in serious trouble! TMZ is reporting that the D.A. will “review” and take the allegations “seriously” that were made by Justin’s neighbor. Justin’s neighbor claims that the singer threatened him and spit in his face when he went over to talk to him about allegedly driving his new Ferrari upwards of 100 mph through his upscale Calabasas, Calif., neighborhood on March 26.
Justin’s Spitting Charges Taken ‘Seriously’ By D.A.
TMZ is reporting that not only does the LASD tell them that the case will be taken “seriously” but that once the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department finishes their investigation, they will turn it over to the D.A. for possible prosecution — oh no!
Sources at the D.A. reportedly find Justin’s spitting allegations “disgusting” and a “potential serious health concern.”
Justin’s Neighbor Accuses Him Of Battery
We told you that Justin had a brand new Ferrari delivered on a flatbed truck around 8am and that’s when Justin decided to take it for a spin. But just after 9am, the LASD got a call and when they showed up it was Justin’s house!
The LASD says that the neighbor claims Justin’s was driving 100 mph and the 47-year-old father was reportedly upset and found it to be dangerous.
When the neighbor went to Justin’s house, that’s when Justin reportedly told the man to get off his property and then allegedly said: “I’m gonna f**king kill you” and then spit in his face.
But a source told us that this isn’t true and that the neighbor is just trying to make money:
“This neighbor told people that Justin moving into the neighborhood was a chance to make money by selling photos of him," the source said. "And that got back to Justin, who put in hedges to block the view. The neighbor also said money could be made by selling information and that the neighbor already had a direct pipeline to several media outlets.”
