Taylor has found a new way to vent her heartbroken feelings, and it’s not through song! The country cutie is set to guest star on the season finale of ‘New Girl’, as Shivrang’s bitter ex who arrives to ruin his wedding.
Hell hath no fury like Taylor Swift scorned! Famous for penning scathing songs about her ex boyfriends, Taylor is about to take her creativity and fuel it into acting! The “Forever & Always” singer will guest star in the 2 hour season finale of New Girl as a guest at Shivrang (Satya Bhabha) and CeCe’s (Hannah Simone) wedding, as a bitter ex who is trying to break up the nuptials. Taylor bitter? Never!
Taylor Swift To Guest Star In ‘New Girl’
Taylor, 23, will bust out her acting chops once again in New Girl, reports EW. She will play Shivrang’s ex Elaine, who is planning on ruining the wedding! Perhaps when the priest says “speak now or forever hold your peace,” Taylor could jump up and sing her hit “Speak Now”!
The kids of New Girl are huge Taylor fans we must remember, as Jess (Zooey Deschanel) once moaned to Nick (Jake Johnson) in heartache "I just wanted to listen to Taylor Swift alone," while listening to “22.” Another time, Schmidt (Max Greenfield) tells CeCe he is going through a "Taylor Swift-like range of emotions."
And fans of Taylor’s will know that this is not her first time playing a guest at a wedding! In 2010 Taylor played a guest at a wedding in a Saturday Night Live skit, where she was Andy Samburg‘s date. She should be a pro at this!
