We’ve all been through this kind of thing — on Mar. 4, Khloe Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odom decided to pop into an NYC restaurant and were horrified to see that Kris Humphries was already there!
Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom’s Awkward Run-In With Kris Humphries
Dropping in to Catch, an upscale restaurant in New York’s Meatpacking District, the couple reportedly did not initially know that Kim Kardashian’s ex was also there. Khloe realized it first when Kris stood up to greet another member of his dinner party.
Since Kris is knee-deep in a feisty divorce and legal battle with Kim Kardashian, Khloe and Lamar were obviously a little nervous to bump into the Nets basketball star. Khloe “immediately looked down and used her cocktail menu to hide her face,” a source tells Us Weekly. Hilarious — we’d do the same exact thing!

Khloe has said some pretty harsh things about Kris in the past — calling him “fame-hungry” on Watch What Happens Live in January — but we’re happy to say that the awkward run-in didn’t get hostile.
“Kris had no idea that Lamar was going to be there and he didn’t see Lamar while he was there,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Someone mentioned it to him but it doesn’t bother him — him and Lamar are cool.”
It’s safe to assume that Lamar made sure his wife aggressive side didn’t come out, as another source tells us that Lamar and Kris “are both good at separating the drama.”
