Taylor Swift is adamant in a new interview with Vanity Fair that she has only dated Harry Styles and Conor Kennedy since 2010, but is the singer who has been linked to plenty of men in the past telling the truth?
Taylor Swift’s Dating History: Is She LYING?
Taylor was quick to tell the magazine about her dating life the last couple years, and she admitted, "If you want some big revelation, since 2010 I have dated exactly two people, [t]he fact that there are slide shows of a dozen guys that I either hugged on a red carpet or met for lunch or wrote a song with. . . it's just kind of ridiculous." But is it really ridiculous when her history has only provided the evidence that she is a serial dater?
The Reason Taylor & Harry Didn’t Work Out!
It is not that Taylor hasn’t tried to find love, but there often seems to be something that gets in the way. In the case of Harry, it may have been his wandering eye. Taylor had a source tell Vanity Fair what happened with the relationship saying, "[Harry] was all, like, 'You're amazing – I want to be with you. I want to do this.” And after his non-stop partying, Taylor couldn’t trust Harry at all. The source continued, "[He] disappeared one night and after that it was like he just didn't want to keep going," adding that Harry and a mystery girl were seen "making out like with their hands all up in each other's hair."
Taylor "felt like he was looking at every girl," which is easily the kiss of death in any relationship! These claims were completely denied by Harry’s reps, who told Vanity Fair they were "undeniably false."
Maybe Taylor should write a song about it!
