Amanda Bynes Has Credit Card Declined Twice At Salon, Flees Scene Apr 4th 2013, 17:41 Amanda went to get her hair done at NYC’s swanky Blow hair salon on March 28 and the General Manager tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Amanda refused to take off her sunglasses while she got her hair blown out and then ran out of the salon when her credit card was declined. HollywoodLife.com spoke to the General Manager of NYC’s BLOW, The New York Blow Dry Bar, and she told us that Amanda came in to get her hair done on March 28, acted totally bizarre and didn’t even pay! Then, she came back two days later and acted like nothing even happened. Amanda Bynes’ Credit Card Declines Twice & She Flees The Scene HollywoodLife.com can tell you that Amanda, 27, showed up to Blow and spent 15 minutes in the bathroom before getting her hair done. Then she refused to take off her sunglasses while they washed her hair. “She had bad extensions and we were working around her sunglasses and extensions. We gave her a great blowout,” the manager tells us. “We ran her credit card twice and it was declined. She was also trying to buy some hairspray too. Then she bolted on us, and took the hairspray with her!” The strangest part is that she came back two days later! “We were booked so we couldn’t get her in,” the manager tells us. “But what’s really funny, is that we ended up seeing pictures of her walking around Times Square and she was carrying our Blow Pro bag!” Amanda’s Stange Behavior Continues Amanda was also reportedly staying at NYC's W Times Square hotel and she came down wearing a different wig everyday. “We found her curled up in the corner of the gym smoking,” an employee tells InTouch. “With no pants on!” Amanda has been on a downward spiral over the past year.
