While showing her support on the red carpet at the 2013 Women in the World Summit, Angelina Jolie, 37, wore a lackluster look while in NYC on Apr. 4.

I can only imagine how the star juggles her roles as an actress, goodwill ambassador and, of course, mom! With all that she has own her plate, it’s safe to say fashion isn’t always her number one priority — although she always usually manages to look great! Unfortunately that wasn’t the case when she stepped out in a maxi from Saint Laurent‘s Spring 2013 collection. The ensemble was too overpowering on the star’s slender frame. Angelina was practically drowning in the fabric, while the colors gave Angie a very gaunt appearance. As if the star’s get-up could be any more unattractive, her choice of pairing black, open-toed sandals with the look didn’t help at all.
I personally miss seeing the star in something sultry. Who could ever forget her fierce, leggy look that she rocked at the 2012 Academy Awards? The engaging contrast of her black gown against her pale complexion was a fashion hit!
Even though Angie is a multi-tasking mom she should still freshen up for the red carpet. What do you think? Was Angie’s maxi an effortless choice or did the dress look very drab on the star? Do you miss seeing her stylish side or do you like her more comfortable sense of style better?
