Kate Middleton’s Hair & Blue Dress — Get The Look
“Kate’s look is simple, yet elegant. Perfect for evening or day time,” celebrity stylist, Ryan Trygstad, tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Ryan works at Sally Hershberger’s Downtown Salon in New York City and breaks down Kate’s look below:
“Start by curling the hair with a large barrel curling iron (1 and a quarter inch barrel), creating soft, loose waves. Set the waves with Redken 23 Forceful Super Strength Finishing Spray.
Next, section the hair into two sections, dividing at the top temple on each side (a total of four sections — two per side). Secure with bobby pins on the crown to create a half-up twisted updo. If you look closely at Kate, you can see the four twisted sections! But you can also create it with two, one twist per side.
Finish the look with John Frieda Frizz Ease Shine Glossing Mist and Redken Forceful 23 Super Strength Finishing Spray, Maximum Control.”
