Rihanna may not be getting any visits (yet) from Chris Brown while she’s on her “Diamonds World Tour,” but the “Stay” singer, who is currently in NYC, got up close and personal with a different tattooed bad boy on April 24 — her ex-boyfriend, New York Knicks point guard, JR Smith.
JR Smith & Rihanna Party Together
An eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Rihanna arrived with her girlfriends at Greenhouse around 1 am. Rihanna had security escort her down to the DJ booth table where Iman Shumpert and ex-boyfriend and bad boy JR Smith were sitting. The Knicks players had just beat the Celtics and they were out celebrating. It was really clear to everyone that there is some awkward tension still between RiRi and JR, but she was dancing really sexy in front of him, showing off almost. JR later went up to VIP and sat with Rihanna for a bit after she got on the mic to shout out to the NY Knicks, ‘the greatest team in the world,’ big win.”
Rihanna & JR Have Reason To Celebrate
The New York Knicks shut down the Boston Celtics on April 24. During the game, JR scored 19 of 87 points while the Celtics finished the game with 71.
And Rihanna is working hard, touring the country, so whenever she gets a chance to celebrate with her friends, it appears as though she takes advantage. More power to her!
Rihanna Blocks Communication With Chris Brown
“Rihanna and her girls danced the night away in VIP with spotlights on them. She knew all eyes were on her. There seemed to be zero mention or even concern for Chris Brown as she gave her phone to her assistant for the night and asked to not have it back till ‘after they were done partying’. Rihanna left with her girls around 4 am, out the back door and went back to their hotel, The Trump Soho. Rihanna stopped by JR’s table on her way out to give him a kiss and a hug,” our source added.
Rihanna reportedly dated JR Smith in spring 2012, before she reconciled with Chris. They reportedly kept their relationship on the down low, until he allegedly cheated on her, according to HoopsVibe.
