TLC Reuniting This Summer At VH1′s Mixtape Festival Apr 29th 2013, 17:51 Chili & T-Boz will perform together, alongside other classic groups like Boyz II Men and New Kids On The Block. VH1 has a long history of reuniting some of our favorite musical groups, and it looks like they’re doing it again with TLC! The two remaining members of the legendary girl trio — Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins and Rozanda "Chilli" Thomas — will take the stage July 27 at Pennsylvania’s Hershey Park for VH1′s Mixtape Festival 2013.
