So sweet! A source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that when Chris was looking for a new furry pal to adopt he only had one requirement: it had to be a rescue dog!
Who needs Rihanna or Karrueche Tran when you have an adorable new pooch to cuddle with? Chris Brown, 24, recently added a new family member, a 13-week-old bulldog puppy named Chief. A source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Chris adopted his new companion from a rescue shelter!
“It’s just him wanting to rescue a dog and bring it to his house,” the source reveals. “People do that s**t all day, it’s not a big deal because he doing it.”
The source adds that Chris plans to take care of his new pooch without any help. “He takes care of his dogs, feeds them, walks him, [Chris] even takes them to obedience classes. He loves dogs. Ever since he was a kid he’s had dogs.”
Chris Brown Took Karrueche Tran To Billboard Awards
Although Chris has a cute new pup to occupy his time, Chief wouldn’t exactly be the right arm candy for Chris on the red carpet. As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Chris invited Karrueche to be his date to the Billboard Music Awards on May 19.
An eyewitness told us EXLCLUSIVELY, "Chris Brown sent Karrueche to the Billboard Gifting Lounge presented by Kari Feinstein PR at the MGM in Las Vegas on Sunday. They arrived together, and then she stepped out of Brown's trailer into the lounge. Later she was his date to the show. She loved the Vix bikinis and Vega crystal necklaces."
