Jodi Arias On Death Penalty — Ready To Meet God
Jodi said she was “shocked” when she was found guilty of first degree murder on May 8.
“I didn't expect to walk away,” she said. “But I did not think it would be first degree.”
Although she previously said she wants the death penalty, she is begging for her life.
“Well I’m ready to meet my maker,” she said. “If that time should come, but if that’s their decision it would drag on for years and years so its not really contemporaneous.”
Jodi also told the reporter that she often has nightmares in jail.
“I’ve been told I scream and cry in my sleep and several times I've woken myself up screaming,” she said. “I don’t have memories of the nightmares, so I’m not sure what I’m dreaming about.
